2)  You accept and deposit checks into your bank as usual.
3)  The checks that bounce are sent DIRECTLY to us for collection.
4)  The check is presented electronically at uniquely specified times and
      collected when the funds are detected in the Check Writer's account.
5)  100% of the face value of the check(s) collected and a bonus is deposited
